Howard entered the Financial Services industry, out of college, in 1972 and began his career in Southern California.  In 1976 he was named the Associate General Agent of the year and in  1978 was appointed the General Agent for the state of Utah for Guaranteee Mutual Life.  In 1989 Howard joined Mass Mutual as a district manager and in 2002 joined Met Life as an agency director.  He joined the Cambridge Financial Center in 2007 as a Management Partner.  He has qualified for numerous industry awards both as a producer and manager.  He has been an instructor for the American College of Life Underwriters for a number of years and is the past President of the Lakeview chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Howard enjoys working with individuals and small business owners - helping them to create, protect and preserve wealth for their families and employees.  He is active in his community where he is a member and past president of the Kaysville Rotary Club.  He loves traveling and playing golf.  He and his wife Patti have seven children and thirteen (13) grandchildren.
